Q: What payment options do I have?

A: Both PayPal and Stripe are accepted. You can choose your preference during checkout. Both systems are kept up to date and secure using the best e-commerce technology available today.

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: The cost of shipping is included in the cost for all prints up to 60" wide. Shipping carriers are chosen based on the size & print medium, by the print facility, based on best practices. Every print is fully insured to provide you full piece of mind during transport and delivery of the art.

Q: What photographic paper do you use?

A: All photographic prints are produced using silver halide papers, currently the best available fine art photography papers in the world.

Q: I would like my print produced on canvas. Is this possible?

A: Yes! Please send me a direct message to discuss your options with stretched canvas pieces.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes?

A: Absolutely. If you have specific needs outside of the offerings shown on this website, simply send me a message to discuss how I can help you realize your vision of your space.

Q: Does the image on this website accurately represent what will be sent?

A: I go through an exhaustive process to match the visual representations of my images to the final print output.

Q: Are the prints matter or framed?

A: I offer my acrylic face mount prints are externally frames prints that utilize a linen liner in place of traditional matting. This allows larger prints to be produced and the end result is a much higher quality product.

Q: How do I care for my print?

A: Great care should be taken with all fine art prints. The requirements for cleaning vary between print mediums. Please reach out to me directly to learn more about each process with your specific print.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Cancellations can be made during the first 24 hours after an order is placed. After 24 hours, no cancellations will be allowed.

Q: No you accept returns?

A: Artwork found on this website is custom made to order and cannot be returned. Please work with me to ensure your satisfaction before placing an order.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?

A: All prints must be inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. In the rare case that your print is damaged, simply take photographs of the print and the packaging and send them in an email to me. A replacement piece will be placed into production right away.
